Waukesha pumps can be repaired with a savings of 50% or more from buying new. Regardless how bad your housing or rotors are damaged, we can manufacture new rotors to fit any housing.

The easiest fix is to go with oversize rotors. The housing is machined to a clean surface and new oversized rotors are manufactured to fit your newly machined housing. The upside is over 50% savings with a 24 month guarantee. The downside is you cannot exchange rotors with another pump.

Don't want to go with oversize rotors? We can manufacture original size rotors to fit your housing. Your housing must be welded and machined back to original size in order to accept OEM size rotors. The upside is interchangeable rotors. The downside is cost which can be 75% of a new pump and still guaranteed 24 months.
