Homogenizer pistons only lasting a few months or few weeks?
Using acid and water to wash down the unit? That's the same chemical we use to strip old chrome off pistons and barrels! We
do have a few solutions for this problem. We can either apply 
e. nickel plating or chrome oxide metalizing. Both are approved materials by the FDA and will last 3 to 5 times longer then regular chrome plating. We can also chrome plate pistons.

We also manufacture homogenizer pistons to your exact specs!
Delivery time is 1 to 3 days and cost is about 40% of new.
