We can also rebuild any style dasher or mutator shaft. All dasher rebuilds include a new drive shaft, new inner beater pin, and replacement of all bushings. Spare bushings are delivered free of charge with each rebuild. All rebuilds are done to exact OEM specs. and tolerances.
Solid inner beater conversions are also available. Below is a detailed listing of a rebuild along with a few photos of a dasher rebuild.

1: Complete inspection
2: Repair dents in cage, nicks, scars, etc.
3: Replace all bushings & pins (manufactured new)
4: Replace drive shaft (new to exact OEM specs & tolerances)
5: Replace inner beater pin (manufactured new)
6: Machine & polish all welds
7: Grind, chrome plate & grind seal areas for durability
8: Repair inner beater as necessary
9: Convert inner beater to solid if requested
10: Assemble unit and check for vibration, repair as needed
11: Electro polish entire unit
12: Final inspection, crate & deliver to your facility

Normal delivery time on ANY dasher is 10 days or less!
Emergency delivery is also available at 3 to 5 days. We'll buy your
spare tubes and dashers in any condition.
